OBS script that automatically counts deaths in the Elden Ring (works with anti-cheat enabled)

Advantages

• No need to use the script from the beginning of the game, it will automatically load the deaths that were there before it was installed
• Works with anti-cheat enabled
• Works with Seamless Co-op
• No need to press the button every time you die, the script updates the data automatically

Usage

• Install ER_Death_Counter.exe
• Select deaths.txt file location.
• Select game save file (Default location: “%AppData%\EldenRing\STEAM_ID\ER0000.sl2”)
• If you have more than one character, select the desired Profile Index.
• The “Set Death to Zero” button resets the counter to 0. Reset cancels this.
• Create Text(GDI+) in your OBS scene
• Choose Read from file in Properties for Text(GDI+) and select deaths.txt

Troubleshooting

• If you have problems with saving deaths.txt, then run the program as administrator
• If the value of deaths is abnormal, press Reset.
