Currently I do not updating mod due to few reasons sorry, but it’s still working fine with version of ELDEN RING: App Ver 1.06, Calibrations 1.06
This can change any time, but I don’t promise anything.
This is my first mod for Elden Ring, I hope you will enjoy it!
Many features/changes in my mod I made first, which are unique, balanced and are NOT CHEAT, I made this mod to make you happy!

Everything I change I try do it carefully, to minimize chances that something can break your playthrough.
What this mod do:
(I know that reading so many lines of text can be boring, but by reading you can find something which you want in my mod)
1. Upgradeable Unique force points (mana) regeneration system – the more you upgrade your flasks, the better fp regen you will have;
2. Difficulty fix: Enemies deal 50% damage less;
3. Invisible enemies fix (players request accepted);
4. Pickup runes after death without need to go for them;
4a. Sometimes you can’t pickup immediately runes after death, this is probably because you died in different loaded area and unfortunately I can’t fix this problem because it is problem with game, so the only workaround is to get close to that area;
5. Crimson Amber Medallion now regen health points depending on which one you have;
5a. Crimson Amber Medallion now lowers equip weight depending on which one you have;
6. More Memory Stones can be bought at shop “Twin Maiden Husks”;
6a. Price for Memory Stones has been risen to 10000 to make it balanced;
7. Blessed Dew Talisman now regenerates 33 hp every 3 seconds;
8. Arrows damage has been risen to make archer class more playable (players request accepted);
8a. All Bone arrows types now can cause “bleeding” effect;
8b. Bolts and Lordsworn’s Bolts have now bigger damage;
8c. Bone Bolts now can cause “bleeding” effect;
9. Blessing Boon incantation now lasts 240 seconds;
10. Cerulean Amber Medallion +1 and +2 now regenerates small amount of fp;
11. Optional File Damage Reduction 20 Percent (players request accepted);
12. Optional File NO Damage Reduction (players request accepted);
13. Some Black Flame Incantations lasts longer and deal damage every second (debuff does not stack);
14. Added unlimited quantities of multiple very useful items such as Larval Tear to shop “Twin Maiden Husks”;
15. Changed duration of Gold and Silver-Pickled Fowl buffs to 6 minutes;
16. Increased duration of Incantations such as “Flame Fortification” to 6 minutes;
17. “Memory of Grace” item no longer removes all runes from player after use;
18. Ashes of War now are not limited to weapon types, except some to bows and shields to prevent bugs (players request accepted);
19. Changed quantity of some crafted items such as “Rainbow Stone”, “Bone Dart” recipes;
20. Changed hp regen on Incantation Bestial Vitality to 1 every 0.1 second;
21. Added many new recipes for Great Rune 1 (this brings crafting to a new high level, many resources now are worth collecting!);
22. Reduced wait time after player dies (faster respawn);
23. Added unlimited quantity of “Cracked Pot” to buy at shop [Twin Maiden Husks];
24. Added “Talisman Pouch” to buy at shop [Twin Maiden Husks];
25. All Crimson Amber Medallions are now available to buy at shop [Twin Maiden Husks];
26. Doubled max quantity of crafted arrows player can get by crafting (players request accepted);
27. Doubled max quantity of crafted bolts player can get by crafting (players request accepted);
28. Added Optional File Permadeath+NO Damage Reduction;
29. Many spells have new effects, such as Phalanx spells have magic turret which can attack enemies, or Honed Bolt casts “Thunder Storm”;
29a. I try add more effects to spells in future;
30. Spells and Incantations (not weapon ashes) now only require mana/force to cast;
31. All equipable weapons include shields, seals and even staffs can now have ashes of war except few to prevent bugs (players request accepted);
32. All spells and incantations cost now 1 slot to equip;
33. Added Optional File Crimson Amber Medallion HP+FP Regen (more details how much points it regen in ChangeLog) (players request accepted);
34. Rebalanced poise: All poise damage reduced by 2.5, now it’s worth to wear armors, especially heavy (players request accepted).
Installation:
*** ONLY FOR OFFLINE/SINGLE PLAYER PLAYING!!! ***
*** NOT COMPATIBLE WITH OTHER MODS! ***
0. Backup your save files, they typically should be here:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\EldenRing\[Folder with 17-digit number]
1. Disable EAC;
2. Backup somewhere your file regulation.bin in your Elden Ring/Game directory;
3. To extract zip file you need a program such as 7zip or you can use my exe installer to install mod;
3a. If you downloaded zip file: Extract “regulation.bin” from Balance Plus archive to your Elden Ring/Game directory;
3b. If you downloaded exe file: Follow installer instructions;
4. To make work of force points regeneration drink one Flask of Cerulean Tears;
4a. To get faster fp regen you must upgrade your flasks (power of them, not quantity);
4b. After your hero die, to get back fp regen drink again one Flask of Cerulean Tears;
5. For health regen you must find other Crimson Amber Medallions (+1,+2);
6. Installing optional files is the same like standard version;
7. Mod works with current saves – no need to start from beginning;
8. New versions of mod install same like above and overwrite old;
9. *** This procedure is only required if you get an error saying that your save file is broken, ***
*** or your game crashes with my mod: ***
a) Backup your save file somewhere for safety;
b) Restore original unmodded and updated regulation.bin file to “Game” folder;
c) Start game and wait till your last save from my mod is updated (typically few seconds);
d) Quit game;
e) Install compatible version of mod released for your current version;
f) If there is no working compatible version to your current game version please wait till it will be made and uploaded;
10. To enable crafting, you need to acquire a Crafting Kit, which can be purchased from Merchant Kalé for 300 Runes;
11. Optional File Permadeath+NO Damage Reduction: WARNING!!! This file makes your hero die permanently/unplayable after death. After you die, to quit game use ALT+F4. Don’t try to play again your hero, your save file will be broken or if you somehow load it your hero will just die again or be unplayable. The only thing you can do it’s just delete your save file.
Uninstallation:
0. If you use installer, just start him again, or uninstall him by Add/Remove programs in Control Panel, otherwise skip to point 1;
1. Remove my mod’s regulation.bin file from your Elden Ring\Game directory;
2. Restore your original regulation.bin file to your Elden Ring\Game directory;
3. *** This procedure is only required if you want to play online. ***
*** Never play online with saves from mods, you will get banned. ***
a) Remove all saves/files you made while playing my mod, they should be typically in:
C:\Users\YOURNAME\AppData\Roaming\EldenRing\[Folder with 17-digit number]
b) Verify file integrity in steam;
c) Start EAC.
